Do you offer support after completing the project?

We do offer long term support after the project has been implemented.  We can either set up a monthly maintenance plan or hourly support based on your preference.

Can we make changes to the program after the project has been implemented?

As business processes change, it may be necessary to make changes to the program in the future.  Changes to the program can be made by BH Consulting or by the customer.  All aspects of the program belong to the customer and documentation will be provided for the entire project including the code which will help facilitate any necessary changes needed in the future.

Do you offer training when implementing the program?

Training can be provided at the customer’s request.

Will you require resources from our company?

In order to fully understand your business requirements and the process in which you do business, we will need the expertise and assistance of your staff.  After the process is documented, there will be minimal need for further time and energy from your staff.
